Title: Salmon/yellow Split Pea Pate

Yield: 16 Servings

16ozCanned red salmon
8ozCream cheese; softened
1cCooked yellow split peas;
  Pureed
1tbLemon juice
3tsGrated onion
1tsPrepared horseradish
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsLiquid smoke

Drain and clean salmon, mix with remaining ingredients until smooth. Press into a small salad mold and refrigerate. Invert mold onto plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with crackers or vegetables.
